ABOUT MATA

MATA Sports Cub is a place where kids can learn to love being active. Starting at 18 months old, MATA provides sports classes that focus on basic techniques and coordination, as well as proper communication and listening skills. 

By combining the highest standard of coaching with a carefully crafted curriculum, MATA has grown to become one of the leading tots sports organizations in the DMV area. We are constantly expanding our programs  and locations so that everyone can find something they love, and can participate in a healthy, age appropriate way.  Even while we scale, MATA continues to keep a strong player/coach ratio in order to give each child personalized attention. Our staff is young, energetic, and shares a genuine passion for child development.
