We all know that one of life's biggest struggles is balancing the amount of food we consume during the Holiday season. Let's be honest, it is an incredibly exciting time of the year filled with so many tough decisions...on what to eat! November through January is not a great time for our stomachs - but we have the cure. We all deserve to stuff our faces a few too many times in the coming months, there is no doubt about that. But what if I told you that it's not always about what we eat? I have your attention now!  The Lemon Berry Apple Cider Vinegar Cure. Instead of beer, drink the LBACVC.
